When is the registration deadline?
報名截止日期為2024年12月31日晚上11時59分，逾期報名恕不接受。
The registration deadline is 11:59pm on December 31, 2024. Late registrations will not be accepted.
If I find that I am unable to participate after registering, can I get a refund?
不可以，報名一經確認，所有報名費用和捐款均不可退款或轉讓。
No, registration fee and donations are non-refundable & non-transferable once registration has been confirmed.
If I submitted incorrect personal information during my enrollment, how can I amend it?
參加者提交報名後將無法更改個人資料（包括參加組別）。請在提交前仔細核對資料。如遇特殊情況，請電郵至 [email protected] 或致電 2917 5683（星期一至五10:00-17:00；公眾假期除外），我們會盡力協助處理。
Participants will not be able to change their enrolment information (including the category), so please check the information carefully when submitting your enrollment. If you encounter any difficulty, please email [email protected] or call us by 2917 5683, and we will do our best to help.
How do I know if I am successfully registered?
若您通過網上報名並完成付款，將會三個工作天內收到由主辦單位發出的「報名確認通知」電郵。若未收到通知，請檢查您的電郵系統的雜件箱或垃圾郵件箱。如仍未收到，請電郵至 [email protected] 或致電 2917 5683（星期一至五10:00-17:00；公眾假期除外）查詢。
You will receive the confirmation email after the completion of the payment and online registration. If you do not receive this email, please check your junk or spam folder. If it is still not received, please email [email protected] or call 2917 5683 (Monday to Friday, 10:00 am–5:00 pm, excluding public holidays) for assistance.
How can a corporate or organization send their staff members to participate in the yoga session?

Can I register for multiple sessions?
可以，只要參加者確認自身身體狀況適合參加，即可報名多個環節。
As long as participants consider that their physical condition is suitable for participation, they can register for multiple sessions.
Is the registration fee eligible for tax deduction?
報名費不可用於退稅。主辦單位歡迎額外捐款，凡捐款港幣 HK$100或以上可獲發收據作扣稅用途。收據抬頭將按「捐款人姓名」發出，並寄至捐款表格上所填寫的郵寄地址。
The registration fee is not eligible for tax deduction. However, the organizer welcomes additional donations. For donations of HK$100 or more, a tax-deductible receipt can be issued. The receipt will be issued in the name provided in the “Donor’s Name” field and sent to the mailing address listed on the donation form.
